What is your pricing?

It all begins with an initial observation of the damage sustained on your windshield. We charge a base rate for the first chip, which starts at $50, plus applicable sales tax. Additional chips on your vehicle will be at a discounted rate and the total for the repair(s) shall not exceed the total value of your vehicle’s windshield. If your windshield needs a full replacement, our expert will provide you with a recommendation as part of our guarantee in providing you with the best customer service.

How does a customer pay for your service?

All payments are processed through our online booking platform and scheduling will be based on the preferred availability of the customer and our experts’ availability. We accept all forms of credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay™️. If you feel our expert provided you with exemplary customer service in a timely manner, customers are also given the option to provide a tip. All tips are provided to the expert who conducted the repair. We strive to schedule all appointments as soon as possible based on the customer’s preferred availability, however, we understand service levels, when high, will require rescheduling.

What happens if I cancel?

Customers are allowed to cancel their service at least 24 hours before the scheduled repair. Failure to cancel according to this policy, the customer is responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $25. If the expert is unable to identify or locate the vehicle onsite, the customer will also be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $25. No cancellation fees are charged to the customer if cancellations are done at least 24 hours before the scheduled repair.

What is your current service area?

We currently provide remote services to Edinburg, Texas, Mission, Texas, McAllen, Texas, and Pharr, Texas. Our boundaries include N. Shary Rd., Monte Cristo Rd., Raul Longoria Rd., and Military Hwy.
